Calvados

After years of being a secret shared only by those brave enough to venture into sampling Brandy other than Cognac, distilled cider is now getting a wider audience thanks to the greater number of our compatriots who have travelled through Normandy and have sampled Calvados, and also thanks to the support given to the product by recent advertising campaigns by the French in up-market publications.

We offer a range of oak-aged and vintage Calvados to tempt the palate, some in extremely limited supply, from the young & fiery to the old & toffee-smooth of LBV that has mellowed in an oak cask for years.

Prices below are retail prices including VAT - we are pleased to be able to supply individual bottles by mail order - postage and packing are charged extra.

The following styles of calvados from the historic Château at Le Breuil en Auge are among the finest examples of the art of blending by the Mâitre des Chais that we have encountered.
